Privacy Policy

Effective 14 August 2026 · Last updated 14 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how World Link Towers, developed by BP HOME Investment, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, explore office inventory, submit a request, or otherwise contact our sales team. We process personal data in line with Kosovo’s Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, European data-protection standards.

1. Who we are

The World Link Towers website and related sales forms are operated for the World Link Towers project by BP HOME Investment. For the purposes of this policy, BP HOME Investment is the data controller of personal information collected through this website and our enquiry forms.

World Link Towers is a premium commercial destination in Prishtina, Kosovo. This policy covers personal data used to respond to office, ownership, and investment enquiries, and to operate the website.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal data collected through worldlinktowers.com (and any language version of the site), CRM enquiry forms embedded on the site, emails, telephone calls, and in-person or online meetings arranged from a website enquiry.

It does not cover websites, platforms, or services we do not control, including third-party social networks you may visit from our footer links.

3. Personal data we collect

The data we collect depends on how you use the site and which forms you submit. It may include:

  • Identity and contact details: full name, email address, telephone number, and country.
  • Business information: type of business, a short description of your business, number of employees, and intended timeline for move-in.
  • Project interest: unit number, selected offices or full-floor combinations, areas in square metres, and any questions or specific requirements you provide.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, language preference, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit, to the extent generated by the website or form provider.
  • Communication records: messages you send us and notes our team creates while handling your enquiry.

4. How we collect data

We collect information that you provide directly, for example when you complete “Register Your Request”, the contact form, or email or call us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the site. If you explore interactive floor plans, the offices and unit numbers you select are included in a request only when you choose to submit the form.

5. Why we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to office, ownership, and investment enquiries and arrange presentations or site visits you request.
  • Identify the units you are interested in and prepare relevant availability, pricing, and project information.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website, including diagnosing technical issues.
  • Send project or sales updates where you have asked for them or where we have a lawful basis to do so.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following bases:

  • Consent, where you submit a form or ask us to contact you.
  • Steps prior to entering a contract, where you enquire about purchasing or occupying an office.
  • Legitimate interests, such as responding to commercial enquiries, keeping records of sales conversations, and securing the website, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation, where we must retain or disclose information to meet applicable law.

7. Office selection and unit numbers

If you use Office Explorer or floor planimetry and then submit a request, we record the unit code (for example A-2-3+4) and the offices you selected, including combined area. This information is used only to understand your interest and to follow up accurately. It is not used to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

8. CRM forms and processors

Enquiry forms on this website are provided through our CRM. When you submit a form, the CRM processes the data on our behalf so that our sales team can receive and manage the enquiry.

The CRM may store data on servers outside Kosovo, including in the United States. We use it as a service provider for customer relationship management and form handling, not to sell your personal data.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage to operate pages, remember language, and load embedded forms. Our CRM provider may set its own cookies when a form is displayed or submitted.

We do not use the site to run unrelated advertising networks. If we introduce additional analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.

10. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above:

  • Members of the World Link Towers and BP HOME Investment sales and project teams.
  • Service providers that host the website, email, or customer forms, including our CRM provider.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, or consultants bound by confidentiality.
  • Banking or financing partners, only if you ask us to explore financing options. Eligible buyers may access financing through our banking partners, subject to approval and current lending conditions. We do not promise that financing will be granted.
  • Public authorities if the law requires disclosure.

11. International transfers

Some providers, including our CRM provider, may process data in countries that are not Kosovo. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, such as using providers’ standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards.

12. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain a sales relationship you have started, and meet legal or accounting requirements. If you do not proceed and there is no legal need to retain the record, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, typically no longer than 36 months from the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required.

13. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including restricted access to sales records and use of reputable form and hosting providers. No online transmission is completely secure. Please use a private device when submitting personal information.

14. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data, where the law allows.
  • Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • Request portability of data you provided to us, where technically feasible and legally applicable.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo or another competent supervisory authority.

15. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to towers@bp-home.com with enough detail for us to identify you and the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

16. Marketing communications

If you ask for a brochure, presentation, or project updates, we may contact you by email, telephone, or messaging apps using the details you provided. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using an unsubscribe link, where provided, or by emailing towers@bp-home.com. Transactional messages about an enquiry you already opened may still be sent.

17. Third-party sites

Our website may link to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, or other external sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for those sites.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the project, the website, or the law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
